The Director of Marketing is a senior level position designed to lead marketing strategy for xoombi and for our clients. The position is a remote, work from home opportunity, with daily communication via phone, email and video conferences with the xoombi team.
The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing demand generation campaigns that build brand awareness, grow the sales pipeline, and increase customer engagement.
Responsibilities

Communicate a thorough knowledge of conducting client research, market research, interviews, buyer personas, keyword research, brand messaging, challenges, opportunities, competitive issues, and marketing initiatives that will influence the brand.

Gain credibility with senior-level executives to build client-valued relationships based upon a broad knowledge of marketing, promotional, and creative insights and recommendations as a marketing strategist.

Develop an annual plan for growth, establish benchmarks, metrics and KPIs for all marketing channels.

Set and exceed specific goals with each client.

Review the results and analytics to determine the appropriate course of action.

Write copy and design creative for all marketing and advertising campaigns.

Manage digital online marketing strategy for inbound, social media, email, PR, SEM, PPC, and mobile marketing.

Construct and implement lead scoring, nurturing, and conversion pathways that align the buyer’s journey with the sales funnel.

Recognize client perceptions, identify needs, and develop necessary action steps to manage challenging situations, recommend effective solutions to problems, and maintain high client happiness index scores.

Lead, manage, and develop Content Marketing Manager(s) and content writer team.

Recruit, Identify, Interview, and Hire Subject Matter Experts to write specialized high-level content for our clients.

Conduct timely performance appraisals of all direct reports to encourage, motivate and improve staff performance.

Identify, develop, and build strategic alliances with complementary companies to expand brand reach, drive traffic, convert leads, and grow revenue.

Collaborate on the design and development of sales collateral (product sheets, case studies, etc.), as well as help with messaging, and other sales support tools.

Make strong business management decisions to impact cost effective ways to increase productivity, exceed client expectations, and manage expenses.
Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Certified Expert in Hubspot Inbound Methodology

Minimum of 5 Years marketing experience required

At least 2 years of supervisory experience

Experience with product launch and new business development

Background in marketing for companies in Software, Training & Talent Management, and/or Healthcare related fields
